Dreadful, deceitful, obnoxious. Do not make the same mistake that I did and fail to read the fine print. Cannot download books. Creepy.

Very buggy

This app is very well done. I find the concept absolutely amazing!

Has potential to revolutionize reading and interactivity with social but the lack of importing books is a huge killer to this app. Brilliant idea, bad execution.

Every e-book option has been a mere digital xerox of books. Glose actually brings books into the 21st century and makes it social. It’s easy to share your favorite passages, but more than that, you can see what your friends and heroes think too. I only gave 4 stars, because there are a couple of UX quirks to be ironed out. Otherwise, welcome to the biggest change to reading since Gutenberg.

Exiting the app, just to read a text message, causes it to close; then it often crashes upon reopening. You cant customize the backlight or background color enough--have to turn the phones brightness down or the screen is too bright, even at the lowest setting. Just feels like a cheaply made app.

I have a book on my computer and wanted to read on my iPhone. Signing is is crazy, I signed in originally through FB, but now when I try that from the app, it just sits there. No back button, no help. I tried to create a new account, but nothing. Very poor at least in my experience. You first sign in and supposedly pick your favorite genre, but there is a blank screen. So I hit next, and another blank screen, hit next and it asks me to login and thats where the trouble started. Would like to read the book I got, mind you for free, but can’t seem to make the app work.

Got an email from Simon And Schuster for free eBook. After trouble shooting email (thanks S&S), Glose’s site wouldn’t load for a couple hours (called load testing), and now after a handful of times of the app crashing and having sign-in problems, I’m just calling it quits.
